Use case questions.
Will the bag swing or move when I'm rolling?
That depends on your installation.
When installed under your seat with no sag in the straps, it will sit flush and stable whether you're pushing hard, going over kerbs, or navigating rougher terrain.
If there is sag in the Velcro straps, there is likely some movement when in motion.
Will the bag affect my balance?
Our underseat bags are designed to have a limited effect on your balance. They are designed to sit under your seat and at the centre of gravity, causing minimal disruption to your balance or movement.
However, it is important to note that any weight added to your chair or stored in your bag may have an effect on your balance and ability to push.
Can I remove the bag quickly when I don't need it?
Yes. Undo the Velcro straps and it's off. Just as easy to put back on. Good if you're folding your chair for transport or just want it out of the way.
How do I access the underseat bag?
Our underseat bags can be accessed from a seated position.
For smaller items, you may be able to reach between your legs and retrieve the item.
For larger items, you may need to move your legs to be able to open and access the bag.
What's the weight capacity?
We have not found a maximum capacity for our bags yet. Capacity will depend largely on your installation and use case.
Worth keeping in mind that anything you put in the bag adds to the overall weight of your chair - so pack what you need, not everything you own.
Do I need tools to install it?
None.
The bag attaches with strong adjustable Velcro straps. No tools or chair modifications, required.
Most people have it fitted in under one minute.
Can I fit my laptop or tablet in the bag?
That depends on the size of your laptop. Please refer to the dimensions to check if your laptop will fit.
The bag is not padded, so we would recommend a protective sleeve be used to protect your device.
Can I fit my phone in the front pocket?
We have increased the size of the front pocket from the original version one, after hearing feedback that customers with larger phones (eg: iPhone Max) were unable to store their phone in the front pocket.
You can view the dimensions of the bag on the product page.
Are the zips easy to use with limited hand function?
Yes, the zips have finger pulls allowing those with limited hand function to acsess the bag.

Material questions.
How do I clean it my bag?
The interior lining wipes clean in seconds. A damp cloth is all you need for most spills. For the exterior, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Don't machine wash.
Is it machine washable?
No, we do not recommend machine washing your wheelchair bag.
The fabric and structure are best kept clean with a damp cloth. Machine washing can damage the material and degrade the Velcro straps over time.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes. Our bags are made from water-resistant fabric that protects your belongings from rain, spills, and everyday use.
They are not waterproof for submersion or prolonged exposure to very heavy weather. But it handles the kind of weather and daily use wheelchair users actually deal with.
Is the bag insulated or padded?
No, our bags are not insulated or padded.
However, the generous capacity means you can likely fit other smaller bags that are padded or insulated in your bag.
