Daily priming helps you flood yourself with positive emotions and thoughts and set your day on a course of gratitude and positive energy.
Priming is a concept I learnt on a recent course I did with the Legendary Tony Robbins. Below is a guided priming exercise, that only takes 15 mins. I do this every morning first thing and it has been a game changer for me.
